As a follow up to his lauded 2010 "The Hybrid" mixtape, Danny has reunited with producers that gave The Hybrid it's backbone in brandUn DeShay, DJ HouseShoes, and Quelle to give us his Fools Gold Records debut, XXX. Full of ignorantly fun and lewd one liners and eccentric production, XXX will undoubtedly serve as Brown's catapult into the next level of rap stardom. Over 19 tracks, DB reminisces over 30 years of life, industry toil and street survival that he claims has left him with nothing but a drug habit. But, in my opinion, after nine years of hard work within Detroit's sound subterranea and enduring endless flack for his sudden image morph, Danny Brown is ready to take it to the next level and show why not giving a fuck is this generation's creative golden ticket.
