I kid you not. I find at least 3-4 great albums on bandcamp every week.
My latest find is this superb 6-track EP from a relatively unknown Toronto, Canada bred producer, Jesse Futerman. His debut Super Basement EP that dropped last month on bandcamp is a fleeting glimpse into the gut of an artist with endless potential. The EP is refined and unpolluted. Futerman's minimalistic approach to production is reminiscent of artists like Freddie Joachim, Eric Lau, and newer beatsmiths from Japan who are well-known for their buttery smooth, jazz fused flips that age like vampires.
I don't have any more information on the guy, so grab the EP and fill in the blanks with the music. Here is a song that wasn't on the EP to give you an idea of his vibe.
